Hi, I'm Genie

Evgeniya (Genie) Armstrong is a transformational business and executive coach certified by International Coaching Federation (ICF-PCC) and neuro-trainer, who helps her clients catalyse and manage change in their businesses, teams, careers, and lives.

 

Her clients are people that want more for and from themselves, their businesses and lives. They include entrepreneurs, experts, corporate leaders and teams interested in growth, leading through transitions, and learning about themselves and people around.

 

She is also a learning coach for INSEAD Executive Education programs including digital strategy, leadership, and communication, as well as a supervisor at Neurointegration Institute overviewing training and client practice of neurointegration trainers in training and upon graduation.

 

Genie relishes constructively challenging the status quo while building effective relationships with cross-functional and multicultural teams.

 

Prior to coaching, Genie was a corporate entrepreneur, business developer and international finance lawyer. Her sector experience includes proptech, aviation, asset finance and professional services, where she has focused on strategy, marketing and corporate development, transaction management and legal advice.

 

Genie’s earlier business engagements include strategy and organisational development consulting for a proptech start-up, leading the sales finance function at a major civil aircraft manufacturer, launching and leading the regional aircraft finance group within an international law firm.
